This sounds alright - no attempts to hide cameras behind trees, cops with lasers in the trees ... just an unobtrusive warning reminding you to watch the speed.

The problem with putting three measures in place at once is you cannot isolate which was of benefit (or most benefit) so speed lobby will claim any improvement is down to the 50 limit...
