I may have mistakenly broken this red light mistakenly whilst doing a u-turn heading west on the A4.

They can enforce both, there will almost certainly be a corresponding one the other side of the junction

Definitely a red-light camera, there is also one going the other way too.

There are red light cameras at both sides of the junction, yes.

You can see some of the sensors to detect vehicles at the stop line.

I would be very surprised if there isn’t a no u turn sign as well as it’s a box junction, so you may get a ticket for that as well. Did you actually see a flash when you went over the stop line?

There isn't a 'No U Turn' sign, but there is a filter arrow for right turn.

Thanks guys for pointing out the slats - I think I’m in the clear
It was green on the side with the slats, I did a u-turn (there was no sign preventing this) onto the other side (with no slats and no yellow camera on that side of the junction).
