The secret police can now steal your car.
Discussion
I just saw one of the police forces facebooks has just posted a picture of a car they had "seized" from someone's driveway under the new section 59 rules.
Said post mentioned that the new rules include footage sent from members of the public being sufficient grounds for seizure.
So, do correct me if I'm wrong, but anyone can send the police a video, and then the police can turn up at your house and take your car away, without any form of oversight or any opportunity for you to appeal, or without even notifying you until after the fact???
Where is it we live, North Korea?
