Luckily we have the 'school boy' filter installed on the submissions to the speeding survey.
Just got this one which was actually intelligable. Perhaps edukation standards our improving.

I think you could blame the lack of car in the second shot on methane gas.
It bubbles up through badly maintained tarmac and renders it temporarily unable to support the weight of a car, which then mysteriously dissappears.
Evidence of this phenomena being on the increase abounds, with most local authorities very decently putting up signs so other motorists can avoid the resultant unsightly burial mound.
