Looked like he took the turn into the junction expecting to use the whole road, and not expecting the central reservation to be there? silly what a plum!

Must say I didn't think any of it looked like 129mph, but pleased nobody was injured and he's off the road.

What a . I wasn't too bothered by the speeding, but the overtaking without clear view and not making the turn show he shouldn't be driving.

Guessing it's the car onboard at the end.

No need to respond, officers will be there in a moment when we can catch you up laugh

Another goofy nerdy type who thinks the limit is there to be broken. Very little driving experience and absolutely no clue whatsoever..

An average of 129mph. I don't think so.

The dash cam footage was pretty good quality if nothing else.

You really weren't bothered by the speeding. So you think it's perfectly OK to drive at 129 mph in a 30 mph zone? With an attitude like that perhaps it's you who shouldn't be driving.

What a dick...
I like driving, I like racing but would never drive like that, particularly around villages. Children may be crossing the road. Etc.

Complete lack of care... I think 2 years ban is light.

It was a 50, so materially less severe. However unlike most 50's, looking at the houses in proximity this (unlike most) actually seems reasonable.

The article contradicts itself. It says 30 in some places (caption at beginning and video) and 50 elsewhere (later in video and towards end of article).

He's got off very lightly, deserves a much longer ban and the fine of £105 is a joke.

Not sure why this stuff ever gets posted...fairly standard stuff, standard local bobby stepping way outside his area of expertise to talk about miracles, standard local MP taking the opportunity for self-agrandisement while spouting dubious boasts...yawn,basically. tt is tt. Meh...
