This incident apparently occurred in Yorkshire but can't find any details. The police officer at the back of her marked police car is hit by another police car, unmarked, and you can see the first officer's car move forward in the collision. It must have hurt and she is left limping.
I'm struggling to see why it happened.

That could have been a lot worse. Never nice to see anyone hurt. Good reaction from the cop passenger to jump for the first aid kit.

Ouch - the scream is pretty grim, that has to hurt. Presumably a driving offence has been committed there?

Reminds me of a very old episode of Traffic Cops where the car containing the film crew piles straight into the back of another already attending, parked on the hard shoulder. Easy to get distracted as you approach a scene, I guess.

Failing to stop?

Sorry I'll get my coat,

Hope the officer is ok, and makes a good recovery.

Shocking, the wheels are still rotating after it stopped, not sure what the driver was doing.

I believe the dog handlers knee was crushed, major injury.

Surely no excuse for coming in so hot to the extent you can't stop in time.

The scream was horrible frown

Also +1 about muting the video, christ.

That would be the driver of the ARV! An officer who is also allowed to use firearms. Worrying to say the least!

Read on social media it's a dislocated knee. I'd be furious with the driver of the ARV, hopefully not driving much now.

That is awful, you can hear something crunch on impact.

I hope it isn't as serious as it sounded.

As for the person filming, sometimes silence speaks volumes, this was one such occassion.

I'm guessing they're taking in everything as they came on scene. Not the first time, an episode of Road Wars when they chased a guy down the M1 with a sword, there was a traffic car stopped facing traffic on the hard shoulder, camera car ploughed straight into it despite it being full view for a long while

Injured at work? Not your fault? Some lawyer is going to have fun.

Driver needs licence removing, hope injured officer recovers.

Still no excuse for not stopping
