Uninsured untaxed un mot'd and illegally here

Just before Christmas last year, whilst returning from a weekend away, a friend of mine, his sister and their mother were involved in a 120mph closing speed accident after meeting a car head on travelling the other way on the wrong side of the road. Fortunately my friend and his family were in a Freelander, and although they all ended up in hospital with some broken bones and bruising, they survived.
Unfortunately, so did the maniac who hit them who turned out to be an asylum seeker who should not have been in the country in the first place and who was untaxed, uninsured and unmot'd.
The matter has yet to come to court.
Reading the Daily Mail in the chippie on Saturday, they reported a similar case where an asylum seeker who should not have been driving veered across a road due to a faulty tyre and this time killed someone. Needless to say his sentence was some pathetic term as he had already served time on remand.
Presumably these are not the only accidents involving this element; if not, what are the police and more to the point the grinning monkey and his acolytes doing about it?

With the recently released statistics involving stop and searches on Asians/muslims (up over 300% since September 11th) the police are now been watched carefully regarding harrasment etc..........my guess is that more and more indicents of the nature you are mentioning will be happening as the police will be reluctant to stop ethnic motorists.
How do the scameras discriminate on the basis of colour?
The restrictions put upon the police to minimise (to the vanishing-point) intrusion upon vocal minority groups must be preventing them doing the job we pay them to do. I recall a comment by a senior Met officer to the effect that the reason so many "members of ethnic minorities" were stopped and searched was that in the police experience, these people committed the majority of crimes. He also made the very reasonable point that "stop and search" of people in areas where there was a high population of ethnic minorities - and where there was a lot of crime (particularly street crime) would inevitably involve more members of those ethnic minorities than others. He questioned (rhetorically) wether the Met should also go into non-ethnic minority areas and stop "white people" (I got tired of being PC about this!) at random ... just to even the score!

If everything goes true to form, they'll award him a uk passport and we'll all get to pay for his state benifits.
I'm sorry to hear about this, but I have no faith at all in our legal system anymore.

If its the same one i'm thinking about, she had just starting teaching in my local school (John Colet, Wendover, Bucks) and was pregant at the time. Unfortunatly both mother and child lost their lives

I know it's a bit off topic....but they didn't happen to say what percentage of stop and search on muslim/ethnic minorities resulted in crime detection did they?...
As for the illegal who had the crash....probably a driving ban for 3 years. Something pathetic.
