unmarked Volvo M27

went past it yesterday quickish (luckily sub 100) and it followed for a while. Dark blue new Volvo, cannot remember the model but the saloon with the new shape rear lights (anyone want to confirm the model?) Later down the M27 it pulled an old volvo estate that was loaded up with crap and looked like it was going to fall apart. Thankfully I didnt get a tug.

That car appears on Men and Motors for the series following the Hampshire traffic police. I think it is on tonight at 9pm or so.

Updates for the Hants massiff .

Another spotted, well whisper , Dark flat Blue Skoda Octavia no frills Q car type, with RS running gear apparently .
Volvo's now....Green S60(80?) saloon to add to or replace the old blue one (S80?), also red S60 still running too.

Tell me about it! there's got to be a way of detecting an unmarked police car hasn't there? Maybe we could put coloured stickers on the bumpers when we spot one?

Plain? Nah...It's very quick, it handles well..(better than V70, even though there is some torque steer at times)...and it's comfortable...mmm

The skoda spotted again today, deffo brand new almost a black dark blue with a reg something like GN-**-P**, for reasons of my own clean license I post the full reg .
Must learn to recognise Skodas in the mirror after years being atuned to looking out for Omeaga/BMWs/Volvos

oh, and spotted the Octavia with the blues and twos going on the hard shoulder of the M27 the other day as well. They seem to have taken delivery of a few toys at once.

Of course, if Mungo was a real PHer he'd mail all of us the reg plates
