Looking into this for a friends wife, he passed away the other day but he had refused to give back his car, is it just a case of informing the company and they collect or ? thanks Ray
I'd just call the PCP provider and agree a mutually convenient time for them to collect the car. I'm sure it's something they'll deal with reasonably regularly so they'll have procedures in place etc.
