Another limit signage question
Discussion
Any opinions on the legality of this mish-mash of signage?
M6 south approaching J4A (M42) Managed system is showing 60mph – for the normal morning rush hour. Just before the junction the O/H gantry changes to 50mph – again fairly common around junctions, however a couple of hundred yard after that there is a s single temporary 50 limit sign on the N/S and another (single ) sign a few hundred yards after that.
After the O/H gantry showing 50, there are no other limit signs shown at all on any gantries– (NSL or otherwise). Only after passing the junction is there a NSL sign – again a single temporary sign on the N/S.
Doesn’t seem particularly legal to me.
