If I get done for drink driving in Scotland for having 70mg in my blood (10mg under the English limit) will I receive a ban in England?

Lazy reporting by the BBC this morning. "4 drivers have already been caught under the new law and 3 of them have been charged." But they didn't say whether those 4 were between 50 and 80 mg. If they were all above 80 then that is nothing to do with the new limit and they would have been caught any way.

Can you explain why? if I get nicked in Poland I don't get a ban in England!

By the way...I don't make a habit of drink driving....just interested in Scotland's new law!

Sorry no I can't, though some have tried to explain it to me, it is just bloody stupid and I hope it gets contested successfully in an English court.
