Van speed limit and restrictions clarification please

I have a Standard Transit and a Transit Connect Van.

Just need to clarify the following before submitting a memo.

For both Vehicles the following applies:

50MPH speed limit on single carriageway

60MPH speed limit on dual carriageway

70MPH speed limit on Motorway with restriction to only using lane 1 and 2.

Can you use the 3rd lane of a DUAL CARRIAGEWAY ??

Speed limits are correct

Both can use all lanes of motorways and Dual Carriageways, unless towing, in which case the outside lane is out of bounds.

Doesn't apply, but if it did then the restriction applies to a motorway.

The restriction isn't to lane 3 but the right hand (offside) lane where there are three or more lanes.
