A13 more cameras and 50 limits

Anyone know what's happening to the a13 past dagenham. Loads of rear facing average speed b@@@ards gone up and 50 limits.
Another road ruined if permanent

Supposed to be in preparation for the forthcoming roadworks/road widening. However, there are claims that it may stay at 50 after the work is done!
