Legal representative for drink driving
Discussion
Not sure about DD but this guy helped me through a 104mph deal.
Be warned, this WILL cost you. £150 per hour, including travel to and from court etc.
Best advice is right everything down that you can remember now as you will forget by the time you get to court.
Also, best to find a brief who goes to the court you are summoned to often. This way they will know the mags and how to approach them.
However, it is very likely you will lose you licence, depends if you think a £600+ legal bill is worth shortening that ban by a few months as I suspect that's all they'll be able to do.
Why did you fail to provide? Refusal or incapacitated?

Incapacitated unfortunately. The case for me is not as simple unfortunately. Be warned, this WILL cost you. £150 per hour, including travel to and from court etc.

No, but I know him (vaguely). Good bloke. Recommended.www.bettercallsaul.com no spelling mistakes on this one.
Seriously though I saw the site you mentioned and thought of this.
My personal view is if you're trading on the qualities of a single person, do that. Don't hide behind 'we' and pretend you are a big firm.

The OPs original thread - with almost all of his own posts removed, but not the ones that others preserved by quoting just in case he did that - is here:

Failed/refused to provide a specimen. Claims to have been spiked but appears little evidence ATM to support that.

In the space of 2 days you've gone from drifting around a car park in the snow, to crashing said car and claiming you had your drink spiked.
I really don't like making assumptions but you've not helped anyone here. You drove, crashed & failed to provide a sample after having, what, 6 units of alcohol?
I don't think this case or any lawyer is going to get much off whatever sentence you get.
You have (had) a nice car & bike so in true PH style I hope it does go well for but in the likely event it doesn't chalk it up and don't drive after any drink.
