Evening all!
I'm just seeking a little guidance here.
On 7th February I was heading towards London on the A3 when I saw a scamera van parked in a layby with the back window open and the camera being pointed towards me.
I may
have been a little over the limit and hit my brakes 'just in case'.
As yet I have not received any communication from the 'safety' partnership or DVLA.
Is it too soon to breath a sigh of relief?

You'll be fine. After all the SCP cross references their FPNs with PH membership and will choose not to send you a letter for this. In a few months you'll receive a court summons telling you that you were doing 0.00000001 mph over the speed limit too and they're prosecuting you.
Many will come on and ask who the victim was, when you have to pay a victim surcharge along with your fine.
Happened to me, they also impounded my car, took it for an unauthorised test drive ruining the engine by not warming it up, then they came round to some of the many businesses i am a director of demanding discounts, and stole all my mail. Many will come on and ask who the victim was, when you have to pay a victim surcharge along with your fine.
