Advice - Noise Restrictions (Scotland)
Discussion
Looking for a bit of advice:
On my way home from work tonight (4:30pm) I was coming up to a set of traffic lights and my car decides to (Dct Gearbox) blip the throttle, rather loudly, down to first gear. I notice in my rear view mirror that one of the two police officer, about 50m behind me, take a note of my registration plate after hearing the noise. Can the police do anything if they have not stopped me?
I've booked my car into BMW to get looked at as it looks to be an issue with the gearbox software.
Thanks,
David
