Another Mid related grumble

I see that www.askmid.com now has a 'Roadside' service designed to be used from a smart phone (and which cannot even be accessed easily on a PC) to check if both parties in an accident are insured.

Great idea, except that it doesn't accept any email addresses I've tried (including askmid's own customer support one). Tried emailing their support address, but that warns of a 5 working day response time.
