In which case they shouldn't be on the road?My Dad had a black out when gardening a few years ago, he had just had a full health check, it never happened before and has never happened again, but he has lost that one day from his memory.

I'm sure some modern cars have auto hazard lights when they detect a collision/heavy braking, but on an 11 year old Seat?
Apparently so. Skip towards the bottom of this. http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2...blueg33 said:

If you watch some of the Russian Crash videos on YT, quite a lot of complete Russian heaps from the early 90s have it too.I can well believe an 11 yr old Seat will do it.

Everyday is a school day. Hopefully I never find out if a VX220 has it.Retroman said:
Bad luck for everyone involved.
Especially the driver that had to be cut out the Seat in front. It's unlikely she'll be able to claim off the car of the driver that "blacked out" for her car or injuries.
Why - Do you think this is some sort of Act of God and all bets will be called off.Especially the driver that had to be cut out the Seat in front. It's unlikely she'll be able to claim off the car of the driver that "blacked out" for her car or injuries.
What's more with the DashCam footage the driver that veered across the road can not lie (or try to) their way out of this claiming that the other Driver in the Seat was the one that veered across
