Immigration & Asylum claims

I need to find someone who knows or has any experiences with immigration law, claiming asylum/amnesty etc in order to help a friend of mine please.

I cannot go in to any more details here, sorry I know your curiosity it piqued; more details can and will be given to those that can help, but not publicly.

The Country concerned is not one that you can just walk out of, it's Nationals need visas to leave for anywhere which are problematic to get and there is no British embassy.

I'm not aware of any law which allows a claim for asylum to the UK for someone who isn't in the UK. I doubt any country will have a law which allows this either.
