Hungarian vignette enforcement

Hi all,
I accidentally drove on a toll road yesterday in Hungary, I was visiting a friend just over the border in Hungary and intended to stay of the toll road as it's not that far from where I was staying, they have no grace period so I could not pay it within 24hrs etc, They use anpr, is the fine enforceable in the UK? I guess it depends if the UK has signed up to the cross border directive?
