A bit worried and in All honesty I'm not sure if I've done something wrong or not but I know there's a camera above the lights so it's bugging me

Came to the traffic lights which have your standard sequence plus an additional filter light for a left turn (I was turning left) when I stopped I noticed there was no lights on at all no red and no filter I waited a few seconds and still no light to speak of so I went

However upon coming back they way minutes later still no red but this time the filter light was on

So did I do wrong the first time?

Above the light?

That's not a red light camera. You're fine. A red light camera looks like a/is a gatso.

That's just a sensor to detect if there is anything waiting. Your licence is safe.

You probably did run a red light, as that buld may have packed on, without the filter light being on green then you should not have turned left. Either way it doesn't matter as that's not a camera as everyone has said.

This would not have been the only traffic light post. What were the other(s) for your road showing?

Non-working traffic light sets should be treated as a Give Way.
