Son lives in Norway, how can I insure his in UK
Discussion
As above, he is 25 full Norwegian license, and I cannot get the insurers to insure him to drive my car in the UK (TVR)
It seems to hinge on the Norwegian side of it, I would like to have him drive to Le Mans which adds even more complications.
They all say no, can you recommend an insurer who will

My ex was Norwegian on a Norwegian driving licence. I insured her on my Subaru when she was 30 or so without problems. They have pink EU/EEA photocard licences so the same rules apply as any other country. Try a different insurer and when asked say it's a European photocard licence.

As an aside she even got points on hers which they applied to a phantom UK licence.
Edit: can't remember exactly but I was probably using Direct Line at the time. HTH

Is the problem a non-UK standard European licence? Or is the problem that he's a 25yo with no proof of any driving record and it's a TVR?It seems to hinge on the Norwegian side of it
I think LoonR1 works in the insurance industry, maybe a PM to him?
