Mobile Phone problem
Discussion
Quick question.
Just upgraded my mobile (purchased phone off an online seller) who were excellent.
Mobile is working fine but, getting no signal, so spoke to my provider who dont seem to know what they are doing its been 2 days since I have the mobile and I am getting told a load of crap. The problem is with the service provider and the moblie is working as intended. iPhone 6s Plus if you want to know.
So do I reject the phone with the provider or where I purchased the mobile from, or both?

It could be a problem with your SIM card, the phone might be locked to a different network, or it could be a blocked phone.
Without knowing, you can't really say who is at fault.
They have said the problem is at their end Wifi phone activation.Without knowing, you can't really say who is at fault.
Same network, all they needed to do was update it to my number.
