Probably a novice question, but I've tried googling it and nothing has come back relating to my question.
The defendant has made a part-admission which I am happy with; they have offered £y which is exactly half of my initial claim amount (excluding interest and the £60 fees). I'm happy to accept this offer provided that the £60 court fees gets added onto this once I accept it.
Can anyone confirm whether the court fees (£60) gets added onto the defendants proposed amount?
