Advice needed, LL/Tenant claim

Hi all

Just a quick one - are there any legal experts out there with experience with Landlord and Tenant claims?

Specifically, I'm seeking advice wrt a claim brought by a tenant under s.214 of the Housing Act 2004 for failure of a landlord to comply with the requirements of s.213 of the same act.

I'm not wanting to go into details of the claim on a public forum - one bad tenant or landlord does not a stereotype make, and the individual circumstances are obviously important.

I also have a "tame" solicitor on hand, but would love a second opinion
