Can a child (aged 18) who is being paid for via The CSA, call the CSA and talk to them direct about his/her case? For example, about amounts paid/received? Or would The CSA only talk to the "payer" and the "receiver".
I would like to know the answer before I contact the CSA as they have a habit of stating the wrong information on the phone.
Thanks in advance.

You've got to admire an organisation that can classify the same thing so differently. If you're paying CSA child is under 20.
If you're going for an alcoholic drink child is under 18.
If you're having sex child is under 16.
If you're travelling on an International Flight child is under 12.
How can a child mean so many things to the same people? The only common theme is that if you're paying the worst case situation exists!
