Crown Court info needed...

At what point does information regarding a forthcoming case at crown court become public?

It would seem that a person who is 'of interest' to me will be appearing at Chester Crown Court in 2016. I'd like to find out what that person has been charged with, but all I have is the case number. At what point does the case fall into the public domain?

I confess that I've made no enquiries direct to the court, but the PH massive would seem to be the best source of info in this case.

Google tells me nothing of the case in question apart from the case number.

Thanks for that - Just registered, but the website is baffling. it seems that most of the services fall into the 'premium' category. I can't find a way to search by case number (or maybe I just haven't spotted it!)
