Defective lights

Is it me or are there more cars with defective lights these days , no end of cars with a head light out and not unusal to see cars with no lights on one side or other !! I guess the car with a sidelight out is driven round until
the headlight bulb gives up or the car gets MOTed ...

Maybe but a friend commented so we were counting cars on a run of about 10 miles on an A road and seemed about 1 in 12 cars had a head light out????!!!!

I have noticed a few one eyed cars recently also.

This was deffo not the norm in the recent past.

My Dad used to remark on it when I was a kid...I'm 50
