[Fermit The Krog and Sarah Sexy]

Are there any Midlands legal bods on PH who specialise in trading law?

I have a rather unpleasant customer who I need to get rid of, with embellished and frankly ridiculous claims that he's threatening to go legal with. I just want to blow this out of the water before it costs me any more time and frustration.

Happy to pay for said services by the way of a free leather restore (my trade) to either a car or a piece of furniture.

Not being funny, but you're after professional services and are requesting a specialist. You might get more of a response if you'd be willing to pay in pound notes.

Sounds like you need someone who specialises in 'contract' law

I have many clients who are solicitors specialising (up to the very top end) of contract law if you want to PM me. They will want paying though as I am sure you would. Some will do me mates rates though.

I am prepared to pay in pound notes if required. However, the idea of spending £300 for a 20 minute chat and the knocking up of a letter winds me up having spent far too long on the prat already. The shout out was in case anyone thought (for EG) 'you know what, I've been meaning to get the seats on the Beemer done' and would see that 'service swap' as good value.

And as for getting rid of him, I do mean getting him to p1ss off, not sleep with the worms
