Odd driving, Worth Reporting?
Discussion
Hypothetically, lets say a 'stanced' mk4 golf was driving poorly, overtaking cars then pulling in front displaying flashing lights similar to those of an emergency vehicle and then braking in a manner that would make people think they are being pulled. Definitely not an unmarked police car, but trying to imitate one IMHO.
Performing the above manoeuvres several times to many different vehicles on a stretch of road, some dangerous.
Worth reporting to 101?

Many years ago I witnessed odd driving on the M18.
Car went to use a slip road then at the last minute pulled back onto the motorway. Later on I saw the same car pull of a DC into a petrol station - I called the police (in those days it was just 999) and apologised for bothering them.
They took all my details and said they would respond.
Few day later the police called me and thanked me, the 'odd' driver had tried to rob the petrol station.
The owner of the garage contacted me a few days later to thank me (I knew him but didn't know he owned that petrol station) to thank me.
The outcome might be different now but I'd still report 'odd' driving, you just never know.
