I have, comming in to my posession. An old french van.
It came in to the UK over 10 years ago, and was immideatly laid up and has not moved since.
The urrent owner has no paperwork for it, and it is still on french plates.
How do i go about gtting it registerd and on the road in the UK? (If i can get it running)

First, get it to MOTable condition...It came in to the UK over 10 years ago, and was immideatly laid up and has not moved since.

While that's going on, try to get NOVA for it, get a V55/5 pack from DVLA, and get proof of age. Lemme guess, an H van? Citroen Car Club can do you a dating certificate, or you can get documentation from Citroen themselves.
Then insure it, MOT it on the French plates, submit the V55/5, sit back and wait. Get plates made, and sell your coffee.

It has about 5,000Km on it and is free.
Yeh, it's worth it. Just... <grin>But be wary of taking a van to the tip. Many regard vans as proof positive of trade waste.
What is "NOVA" and how do i go about getting one ?
I registered a car which was originally on Dutch plates, which had no paperwork. It wasn't too difficult (I'm lazy, so if I managed it then it mustn't have been hard). I rang the Dutch 'DVLA' and asked them to send me a letter confirming the vehicle age, and that was what I submitted in lieu of the registration document.
PS you can get it MoT'd and insured on the chassis number. SVA (or whatever it's called now) required on vehicles younger than 10 years old.
