Contested a bus lane ticket, won now LA is seeking a review

An absolutely outrageous bus lane fine.
The signage is terrible and there is no way to tell your turning into a road that is purely a bus lane from 7am to 7pm.
(if you want to know more its on the Junction of Beckingham Lane A222, London Road and Bromley high St in London. Im coming from Beckinham lane turning into Bromley High Road.

The adjudicator agreed and quashed the fine. Now the Local Authority is asking for a review of the adjudicators decision on the grounds that the adjudicator didn't take into account signs that were on my road that I was coming from. I went in person, and she did take these signs into account, but agreed with me that they were in now way clear enough to the motorist to prevent turning into a bus lane road.
So LA is miswording her decision in order to apply for a review.
Is there anyway for me to make representations to this appeal or not?
What happens if I loose? How do I take it further? I know its just a £130 fine, but really feel strongly that this is a blatent cash cow.
Any ideas PH collective?

You have already passed three signs on posts informing you about the bus lane. I think you were lucky, assuming they have not been erected since your 'acquittal'.
Why do they have a "Turn left" and a "Turn right" instruction sign below the traffic lights, that's confusing?

What you all fail to realise is that I never went in that bus lane on the image posted on the link to google maps in my first post, the PCN was given on Bromley high road when you turn right from there. Can you please explain from these images how you can tell that you are actually turning into a bus lane to the right, especially if someone is waiting at the traffic lights in front of you.

There is one grey and black sign posted underneath the scamera, now lets assume you are at the traffic ligths and there is no other vehicle ahead of you 9becuase if there is your not seeing it), how the hell are you supposed to see that tiny sign until you are in the box junction turning right???

There really needs to be more uproar about these scams. I have seen numerous ones in my time. Fortunately, a few have been changed after years of complaints....yes, "years". Cha-ching.

Also it's painted bus lane on the road as you turn into it plus there's another blue sign on the lap post. Hard to see but still got the road markings.

Ok I see it, 500 yards before the traffic lights, and not even on the same road I got the PCN, how exactly does that tell you that a right turn at a junction ahead takes you into a mono road bus lane?? The sign you talk about is on a different road and close to a quarter of a mile where the offence took place. the adjudicator saw that and dismissed it out of hand.For the second time I didn't get the ticket on the A222, i got it when i turned right on Bromley High road.
Anyway this is even moot, as I only entered the A222 from the car park here, on Hills House Mews where the blue car is turning right...

Am I really the only person on PH that thinks the signs on this junction are way too vague, confusing, badly laid out and probably on purpose to trap motorists? Am I really going mad?
