Car left empty at traffic lights.....blocking pavement for wheelchairs...& there was a pub car park 20 feet away. Lead by example.

Maybe 20 seconds makes all the difference in certain scenarios? One such scenario being.... Crime fighting/prevention?

Gosh, me and my common sense....

blocking the pavement is a bit OTT, yes there is limited space (once i could work it out turning the laptop sideways) would you rather they drove/parked in a car park rather than storm into a shop to stop a robbery?

If there isn't space for a wheelchair to pass, then it would be quick and easy to move that sign out of the way.
