Court Mitigation Statements

So I plead guilty online and now have a date to attend court. (110 on mway)
I have letters from my employer and others which I wish to present to the court as to why banning me will affect others. How do you present these, do you read them out in court or pass them to the magistrate?
Hopefully AGT can answer the best way to put my argument across.

You'll give the letters to the Clerk of the Court either before or as you go into the courtroom, along with your means form. They usually have you go in one case early so you sit at the back for the previous case.I have letters from my employer and others which I wish to present to the court as to why banning me will affect others. You will be expected to make a statement of some sort on the stand so either memorise it or write one down to read out to the Magistrates.
