I player and license fee
Discussion
New rules today that if you watch TV programs on I player, you can no longer do so for free, and must have a valid TV licence, and this is on any format, be it tv tablet or phone, BBC think this will plug a massive shortfall in revenue. Now they state categorically they will not be monitoring internet traffic, so how can they think they can possibly enforce this?
