What did I just see?

15 minutes ago, outside a local Italian café in leafy Knaphill, near Woking in Surrey. Just walked past as 5 black jags, Volvos etc pulled up on the yellow lines, tons of security in suits pilled out, all clearly armed and also with tasers on hips, escorted by a police car.
All this to usher a suited gent into the premises where he is greeted with hugs and kisses by all the staff before sitting outside surrounded by said security, all wearing ear pieces and looking very well trained!!
I did cheekily ask who it was but no answer was forthcoming other that a death stare through the Ray Bans and I short "I cannot tell you, off you go now".
Any ideas anybody?
