Solicitor recommendations Yorkshire area re House ownership

After any recommendations please if poss for someone expert in the field of transferring of an asset namely a relatives home into joint ownership of myself and my sister but while ensuring the relatives still are protected etc.
Might even include outright purchase, or renting but generally need to sit with someone who knows what the score is. House falls just under inheritance tax level do hopefully not an issue.
