But they recommended to GMP Deputy Chief Constable Ian Pilling that she should receive a final written warning.

Surely the reason she gets £109,000 a year is because of the responsibility of the post, and if her conduct falls below the expected standard, then she is not a fit person to hold that post.
I am not thinking of the drunken exposing of her boobs, but her treatment of a fellow officer, especially the threat to her future career!
