Arrest following pedestrian injury
Discussion
Just read this in the local rag.

From what I can make out the lady was a pedestrian and has somehow ended up under the vehicle.
I was surprised to read the driver had been questioned but not arrested. , maybe wrongly, thought in instances like this with serious injury the driver would be arrested as a matter of course.
The only thing I can think it that the initial injury was thought to be small and subsequently became more complicated.
