Police ramming moped-stealing scumbags..
Discussion
Can't say I have an issue with this but it does look a little risky with lots of potential to go badly wrong for the officers involved.

About bloody time they started doing this.
This, a billion times!Might make the scumbags think twice.
Sadly though, a scumbag will probably be killed and the media will say he was going to college/went to church/knitted jumpers for old ladies etc etc, then police will have to stop doing it.

Whats that, scratches and marks on the front of their nice shiney car? Hope its not leased!http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4191502/In...
Seen on a couple of occasions a moped gang presumably making a getaway of sorts; last time was the other morning - 4 of em tearing past traffic and jumping lights on the north circ without so much as a care. If the rozz dont start taking em down then using a moped is just going to be a free pass for scumbags to do as they wish.

Why bother replying at all then? The daily mail is an awful publication that sensationalise everything, take what you read with a pinch of salt!

The potential for things to go wrong arose firstly when the two MENSA members made the bad decision to steal a moped, then remained after their second bad decision not to stop for police. After that, it was all good. If they got a scratch or bruise, awwww. Worse = tough s
t basically.DoubleD said:

Erm, thanks.Anyway, it's about time the Police started doing this. They've been getting away with all sorts since this promising footballer managed to fall off and die a while back. I'm surprised they didn't just take off their crash helmets as plod aren't allowed to carry on pursuit if they do.
