Is This a speed camera?

Is this a rear facing speed camera? Or is it a front facing camera? is it a red light camera? I'm stumped.

Both according to this:

Here's another one, this time with a flash unit and being used as a speed camera only.

You can make out the grooves cut into the road surface, a set in each lane, for the piezo speed sensors.

They're putting those flash units next to a lot of truvelo's in Nottingham. Awful city.

I've seen these in London. I assume they're flexible because I saw them near traffic lights as well on general stretches of road.

Totally+1. Love the city, but take my cash elsewhere now purely because of the joke speed enforcement.
