Look at the article for the incident. She mows down a biker in a fit of road rage. Bonkers.

Leanne Davies, 30, who worked as a prostitute, was serving a suspended sentence for trying to blackmail the doctor out of £10,000 when she caused the crash which left the biker with broken bones, a court heard.
Today, Davies, who wore a grey blazer with a matching top, short skirt and heels, wept in the dock as the court heard she has nine previous convictions for 14 offences.
Davies was today banned for 18 months, fined £550 and given a suspended sentence at Southampton Crown Court, Hampshire, after admitting one count of dangerous driving following the incident on a busy junction in the city.

Yep^. Don't think it makes much difference though, she was clearly aiming for him.
Anyway, if ever you needed proof of the crazy/hot matrix, there it is personified.
I don't think she was aiming to hit him, I got the impression she tried to catch up to him to berate him and he promptly fell off his bike like an idiot.Anyway, if ever you needed proof of the crazy/hot matrix, there it is personified.

If you watch the video second by second he is already coming off his bike when her bumper was 0.5-1m away. Its also quite clear she stopped short of hitting the bike.
All that being said she sounds like she should be locked up anyway.
Just what you have to do to be jailed seems to be very different for men and women a lot of the time. And even when women get jailed the average sentence for the same crimes seem to be far lower too.
Maybe that's the next job for feminists, start lobbying for equal jail time for women.

This one is pretty bad:
http://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/man-who-is-66...
Age 26 & already has 69 previous convictions, including 13 offences of driving while disqualified, 18 of driving without insurance, thefts, dangerous driving and fraud.
Should be a lifetime driving ban already for those offences surely.

That is nothing, reading the Dorset crime log is like a get out of jail free application.

Yes, he appears to deliberately ditch the bike rather than gamble on her not intending to ram him off the road, despite the "body language" of her driving suggesting that's exactly what her intention was. TBH, in that sitation, if I wasn't 100% confident of me being able to get out of the way quickly enough to avoid the collision, I'd probably have done the exact same thing - better to control the dismount than to wait for the collision and let Newtons Laws dictate how hard you'll hit the deck...If you watch the video second by second he is already coming off his bike when her bumper was 0.5-1m away. Its also quite clear she stopped short of hitting the bike.
And it's not really that clear from the video (or at least, not the presumably scaled down and recompressed version on the Mail site, complete with annoying overlay that appears whenever you pause it so you can't easily do a frame by frame walkthrough) that she does stop short of hitting the bike. It does look like she avoided hitting it at all, but I'd hesitate to call it clear evidence of her stopping short.

Sounds like? Wrong-siding a queue of traffic and a traffic island complete with keep left arrow, driving straight towards oncoming traffic in the process, in order to catch up with another road user who may or may not have given them reason to be annoyed - in the process doing a really really good impression of someone using their own vehicle in a threatening manner. Then almost taking the front end off of the camera vehicle and narrowly avoiding ending up being taken out by the right-turning HGV whilst making their getaway from the scene... Even if the evidence of just this incident was presente in complete isolation, I'd suggest it would be sufficient to seriously be considering at least a short spell inside. But given that this all occurred whilst she was serving a suspended sentence...An utterly awful example of driving from her, and some pretty good examples of all-round observational skills from other drivers (particularly the HGV driver who'd already committed to the turn when she decided to dive up their offside) in avoiding collisions with her following the initial incident.
