Why would it be pulled over?

Because it's on its side?

why would someone not sort out the origination of thier camera?
could it be they were distracted by something else, like driving maybe?

Origination, surely that would be the point of manufacture or designer?

I had an annoying 3 points and fine for Dangerous Construction and Use for a similar flapping pointy bit on a Fiesta many years ago, pulled by an over zealous Traffic Officer. That photo looks like it would qualify too.

It passed its MOT in August 2016 with both front and rear bumpers as 'Advisories'.

An over zealous traffic officer that maybe didn't want other road users injured by your pointy flappy bits??

i'm not stupid enough to drive, use a mobile and upload to PH simultaneously biggrin
The PH built in picture uploader turned the picture on its side, as opposed to the M25 tilting 90 degrees wink

Did I accuse you of doing any of that while driving ?
Taken as a still from a dash cam recording would be my guess.
The picture posting is cack for the site even if you check the preview it often rotates as it posts ,in my experience usually if used from smart phones or tablets .

I don't think the picture hosting site is at fault, it's the crappy Samsung S7 phone, or maybe even the dullard holding it.

I can download the pictures, apply the orientation fix, re-upload to thumbsnap and they're fixed....as if by magic.

Is that thing in the back window a baby on board sign?

Driving around with bits of the car hanging off is ok. However, everyone else needs to be careful of you because of your baby?
