Will I get a FPN ?

Today at exactly 1320 I was on the motorway. The motorway goes down to a 50mph but I was doing 56 which was a tad daft. As I was in the 50mph zone two traffic cops were in their car with their speed gun out. They never stopped me and unfortunately for me I didn't notice them until the last second. I reckon they got me at 56mph so I was wondering if I will get a FPN for this ?

ACPO advisory discretion is +10% +2 so in a 50 they would allow up to (but not including) 50+5+2 so 57mph
Your speedo should not under read, and depending on the car could be bang on to a couple of mph over so you could be doing anything in the region of 52-55 in reality
