Moved just shy of 2 years ago, I updated my car, licence etc and told the wife to do the same, she updated her licence but not her car.

Only found out due to a parking fine coming through saying they had to do a search for her on a credit check. (question isn't regarding fine - fair cop there)

I have updated the V5c its ready to post, but several months ago I thought I got caught by a camera (mobile) but nothing came through, now I'm unsure if i was lucky or we just never received the post.

Whats the best course of action, send V5c and hope nothing else comes through or send V5c & a quick call to DVSA / Police to see if there is anything outstanding in terms of fines/tickets, last thing I want is to be in the clear of any speeding but then drop her in it for failure to update (She thought it would be updated with licence, was also very ill with pregnancy at the time so I can't be too hard on her)

You didn't notice you were taxing it from the doc ref on a V5C with your old address, having not received the V11 reminder...?
