How Many Laws Were Broken?
Discussion
I nipped in to town for parts on Monday in the company Transit, which is very good indeed. Anyway, the trip involves driving along a 2 land dual carriageway that was once NSL, but thinking of the children put it down to 50.
Said road is opposite a council estate (council) and there is a footpath, for like pedestrians and stuff, that runs almost parallel. I was doing about 45mph and to my left, on the footpath was some yoof on a dirt bike sans helmet, lights, number plate and other associated fripperies doing about the same speed as me if not a little faster. Ironically, though that may be the wrong word, we both drove past a speed camera on my carriageway, which as the little scrote wasn't speeding on the 50 limit DC, no crimes were committed..

Yes, no crimes at all were committed as speed cameras are designed to capture every possible crime Said road is opposite a council estate (council) and there is a footpath, for like pedestrians and stuff, that runs almost parallel.
