Dismissing a Court Order

Hi

Don't know if dismissing is the right word but how do you go about cancelling a court order.
The order is in the Family Division and prevents my children from being taken out of England and Wales. The order was taken out by me many years ago and is now not required.

You have apply to the Court for the order to be set aside.

On a terminology point, no one "takes out" an order. Parties apply for Orders. Courts grant orders.

Or go tell the judge to do one at your own risk :-)
