Watching this but the uploader seems to have conveniently cut the bit at the end that matters out, I'm assuming he was told that the speed camera van operators are employees of the constabulary and allowed to operate those vans?

p.s. Don't get me wrong I am not fan of camera vans but they are a fact of life.

Funny how everyone seems to have a problem with Police staff manning speed camera vans but no one has a problem with PCSO's, Vehicle workshop technicians, scenes of crime etc driving marked Police vehicles. They are all police staff too.

I wonder why that is....
