When I was out for a run this morning I saw a car parked with a sticker on the lower left hand windshield reading;
"Any leaflets or notices attached to this car will incur a £100 removal fee."
How enforceable is that notice?
Wibble."Any leaflets or notices attached to this car will incur a £100 removal fee."
How enforceable is that notice?
Not at all.
I guess they will charge themselves £100 for the original sticker and find out if they pay themselves or not.

In fact, I'd be plastering that car in pointless notes just to annoy them for being such t
ts. That being said, notes I don't mind, but if some t
t put a sticker on my car I'd be livid. That being said, I'm usually parked politely enough that no-one puts a note on my car.I love watching compilations of these idiots getting dealt with by the Police,

Judges really don't stand for their nonsense, especially in some of the more traditional US states - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vuTAiDBedhM
