MoT Mileage

Can you change the mileage on an MoT certificate.
I've just got my car back from being serviced and MoTed and the tester has put a completely random mileage in: something like 9500 more than the car has.
I don't really want to be accused of clocking the car should In ever sell it, so I wondered if it's possible to get them to correct it?

Take it back to the testing station and show them the error . There is a time limit on it for them to sort it .

As said, take it back to the tester ASAP and they can rectify it. You used to only get 7 days for the tester to correct it but I believe it's now 28 days. After that it can only be amended by DVSA.
